MANTIS has announced an extension to its range of racket sports by making its first move into the badminton market.
The British-based brand has launched two grades of shuttlecocks and is expected to expand on their product portfolio in the coming months.
Made in Britain, the M1 and M3 shuttlecocks have been developed for the performance and club/school markets respectively.
Both grades are now in stock and obtainable to retailers at a special introductory offer.
The shuttles are available in white (speed 78 and 79) and yellow (speed 78).
In further developments at the company, MANTIS has announced that former British number 1 and US Open finalist, Greg Rusedski is to become brand ambassador.
MANTIS has also been named as official racket partners to the Allam British Open, British Grand Prix and Subway Masters squash tournaments as well as being the official ball of the Statoil Masters tennis at the Royal Albert Hall.
