Wicksteed Playscapes has launched its Fitness Legacy Zone with its first installation in the UK.
The outdoor exercise equipment is aimed at young teens and adults and is intended for public land as a free physical fitness provision.
At the Hall Meadow Park in Kettering, Northamptonshire, instruction signs around the zone shows users how to work out with the equipment. QR codes on each unit can be scanned to show video footage of the exercises in action.
The seven circuits includes cardio, strength, toning and general fitness exercises as well as flexibility, using all the muscle groups in functional and efficient movements.
Designed and developed in conjunction with fitness and wellbeing experts, Pure Lifestyles,
the range is available for worldwide distribution.
